[Resolved]  GM Property Developers and Builders, Bangalore — Non Completion of Building Work

I had booked a flat in 2006, in a semi finished contrction work. At that time the builder had promised to handover the flat in six months. I paid the total cost of the flat. In October2007 i occupied the flat after completing the interior work. I was not been given a possession and occupancy certificate. Till today the documents like VAT and Service Tax receipt proof of remittance to Govt.Dept has not been provided. They have collected huge amount for the same. They have not provided with BWSSB connection to the entire building. Poor quality of material used in construction of building. There is leakage in the rooms, because of which my interor got damaged.. They have also collected Maintenace Deposit but building are not maintained.
Original sanctioned plan was slit+GF+3 floor, but now two flats on the terrace roof has been constructed.
Khata transfer has not been completed. Painting for the building not completed till today. With great difficulty i was able to get my flat registered. Now builder is not responding to the calls for documents and work completion.
Should we all the flat owner approach the consumer court for the above failure.
Request everybody not to buy or deal with GM Property Developers for purchasing a flat or property.

Hello GM Infinity e-city flat owners,

We booked a flat today at GM Infinity in phase-2. We visited the site and Phase -1 construction is in full swing. Seems to be a good hit.

I would like to discuss few things with existing owner of the flats here. So interested people please share your email so that we can discuss.

And also is there a owner group for this project?

I had been to GM Infinite Ecity Town last week, for enquiring about Ecity Town Phase 2.

The sales guy told me that they have not yet got the BDA approval and they will be getting the BDA Approval by Oct 14, 15.

He also said that this delay was because of the BDA people and not because of Gm infinite people.

I was interested to book a 2 BHK in Phase 2, but as the Approval is not yet done, so i feel let me wait for few more days before investing my money there.
I have Visited the GM E-City Town site ...its a master class project by GM, superb plan and architecture.

Phase-I Project going on very fast with quality construction.


I have Booked a 2BHK flat in Phase-II, new buyers can grab pre-launch offer.
I have booked a 2 BHK Flat in GM Ecity Town Phase-I and got 100% appreciation, construction is going on very fast with good quality and with all legal documents.

I don't see any industrial pollution ... Its a nice residential location ... i saw Neo IT HUB and Malll is under construction.

If it is industial pollution area how presitage, Sriram, MJR and Neo Town planned the projects ?

I would suggest to new buyers to grab the pre-launch offer in phase-II

I request you all to verify the document, quality of construction, approvals, terms clearly before booking an apartment in GM. We had booked a flat in GM E-City Phase2. After booking due to our personal problems we couldnt proceed further.. Also we were not happy about upfront 20% payment without approval. So had canceled the apartment. During the booking they informed us that they will return the money in a weeks time.But now its been more than 3 months everyday they say today tomorror today tomorrow... It looks like they dont have even 1lakh rupees in their account. If you realise, its not worth the money after booking or 20% down payment you will never ever get back your money.. So think 1000 times before paying a penny to this builder.
I have Visited GM E-City Town, Phase-I construction in and out looks very rich and beautiful.

Master Plan and Architecture is very nice, it was Approved by BDA and started construction.

I would suggest its a best project in Electronic City.

It happened for me to purchase a flat (Unit Num :A-447) at GM Infinite E City Town phase I about an year back, I had purchased at Rs 2050 per sft, now its good to know that the builder is selling at Rs 3950 per sft in the same project Phase 2, Just to mention, I work for IT Company in electronic city as an IT engineer and just started my carrier and I feel so comfortable at this age as I made an wise decision by purchasing at flat at E City Town as the project got that much of appreciation. And for youngster like me an investment yielded Rs 35 lacs plus with in an years time, I would like to thank GM Infinite for making my future more secured. This has not only happened for me, the Investment has yielded in the same pace for more than about 1000 families.

The progress of construction is at full swing and it is expected to complete before the schedule time frame and this will again save my pre emi’s as well as my current house rentals and over above my family will get an chance to live in an well crafted project in the city, the list of amenities makes my kid more exited.

Nothing stops me to refer my colleagues, friends and relatives to own a flat at GM Infinite E City Town and its an great opportunity and I wish my friends, relatives, and colleagues not to miss out on this great opportunity, opportunity doesn't knock the door again and again...
GM Infinite is really genuine builder. I have booked 3 BHK over there. Quality of construction is far far better than most of the big builders itself. You can visit the site and check. This is one of their show case projects for all future ventures. Construction pace is really good. They had confirmed registration on August, 2015 1year before. The registration is starting from October, 2015 which is already communicated to us. So committed date is also maintained. This builder can be trusted by all means. Thought of putting this comment as I have seen sort o[censored]nprofessional comment from other builders without checking anything. S want to portrait the reality. Do a site visit and check.

After Dec 2015 also the construction is not yet completed and the builder is advertising that the ECity Phase 1 flat owners got 200% appreciation. Construction quality is bad. Model flat and the original flat is no where matching. They have used cheap quality products. Construction is not got good. Enough space is not given between two flats. Walking space between two flat is only 4.5 feet. It looks like a cave when you look from one end. Floor tiles are cheap quality. GM Infinite is setting some false email Poll to decide about Generator power backup inside flat. They are asking Rs 40, 000 extra from all 960 flat owners in Phase1. Initially they told that Club house will be Phase 1 and collected Rs 1 lakh from all 960 flat owners. Club house work is not even started. Now they also collected money for Club house from Phase 2 flat owners also. For all the 3600 flat owners same Club house only. When group of Phase 1 flat owners asked clarification regarding the quality and timeline for possession. They called us and threatening that the Flats will be cancelled. GM Infinite personnel will not answer properly after taking money from you. In the construction agreement, the builder would not mention regarding the product that they will use for construction, they use cheap quality product. They will treat you like a beggar. Please go through E City Town Phase 1 and Phase 2 face book page. My sincere advice is stay away from GM Infinity. Please do not even speak with them.

According to my opinion, GM Infinite E City is a good option for investment. My experience with GM Infinite group is a pleasant one and unlike the many other reviews here. Like everyone else even we decided to buy a 2BHK with GM infinite only after a thorough background research. The Group has already completed many prestigious projects in the country in the government and private sectors. Their new project the GM Infinite E city is a very good option for investment in Electronic city Phase 1. The project is located in a well-established residential area and is close to all major places such as schools, shopping areas and Metro.
Speaking about my personal experience with the Group, I have had a very good experience. They have a professional team working who made the whole booking process easy and hassel free for me. And also they make sure to deliver their projects on time.
My experience with GMI Builders till date has been a pleasant one. I have booked a 2BHK flat in the GM Ecity. I appreciate their customer service, staff are taking care of things and being quick in response, I wanted the list of papers required for booking and i was assisted immediately with the entire process. Having many years of experience in the construction field they have a good team working for them and the quality of work is also appreciable. They seem to be one of the reputed builders in Bangalore and as far as I know their project are known for modern construction providing lot of amenities for reasonable cost. They have successfully completed many projects all over the country. I believe that the builder is trustworthy and is already a member of CREDAI. Over all, I think we can trust such reputed builders.
I have Invested with this project and happy to say that I am the proud owner of this GM E City Community . I got my flat with slight delay on there commitment but still I don't its really some I should talk negative about. This builder has really kept there promises . Every Builder who builds apartments will have 6 - 8 months delay . No one commit exact time for completion it depends so many factors . We should support a delay of 6-8 months and if further delay takes place then we should consider talking negative about . No one is 100% perfect in this world
