[Resolved] Go Air — loss of luggage

This is to inform u that i ankit agarwal have travelled on go air flight no G8 104 on 7th may from delhi to mumbai PNR no EEJDUW SEQ/23/8 departure at 15:15 i have lost 1 suitcase of mine. Actual case i gave 2 luggage at delhi checkin counter 1 suitcase red colour ( 21 kg) 1 bag red colour (7-8kg) and i got my boarding pass i didn't checked that time that i have got only 1 slip of luggage on my boarding pass (21 kg) suitcase one, but when i landed on mumbai airport i got only my bag there on belt with the tag of that 21kg and didn't got suitcase, when i reported this to go air staff she registered a case n said we'll trace it out but later when i went to airport again at 11 pm in night they said we are still tracing it out but u pls sign on that paper(complaint note)and took it back bacause she may loose her job b'coz of raising wrong case.n she'll trace it out n let me know but i didn't got any reply so pls check out my case. suitcase description red colour aristocrat brand with wheel trolly to pull it on wheel was broken back side of it has small pouch. I paid a fine on that suitcase for extra weight cash reciept no.32880 rs.420 sir i don't have any legal proof of that suitcase handed over to counter, so pls help me out .that suitcase have all my original documents of marksheets and certificates of 10, 12. graduation, fee slips please help me out. i was going to goa 23 of june 2009 i kept my phone in the pocket of da seat in front of me whije landing forgot to pic it from der n wen i came stairs i got remind of my phone n was going back in da flight to take it back but they did not let me go. they askd me to complaint about dis in office i did so they told me they r cheking but they culd nt find it der how is it possible my phone dnt had legs so it wil run by itself. wer has it gone who had taken it plz help me i havsome imp contacts n some more imp stuf in my phone regaring my bussiness .

i lost my baggage too yesterday when i was travelling from Bagdogra-Chandigarh. how can they be so irresponsible?

I received my luggage yesterday at Chandigarh Airport after 3 days of wait. The luggage seem to be opened But fortunately no important things have taken out surprisingly. This shows the irresponsibility of the Go air staff. and Only one of the go air staff showed genuine concern and made my worry less at the Chandigarh Airport.Rest were least bothered about the whole thing. I wish such such incidents should not happen to Go air passengers in future.

I AM KAMLESH PRASHAD TIWARI WAS TRAWLING IN YOUR AIRLINES FROM SRI NAGAR TO NEW DELHI ON YOUR FLIGHT NO-G8457 ON 30 NOV 10.MY PNR NUMBER WAS-RYWKK1.WHEN I HAD REACHED NEW DELHI MY BAGGAGE (BAGGAGE NUM.-GG8381362) WAS MISPLACED OR LOST IN THE AIRPORT.IN THE SAME FLIGHT ON PERSON MR. B.K GHUGIY WHO HAS PNR NO-NNXPX1 HAS LEFT HIS BAGGAGE OF SAME COLOUR IN THE AIRPORT WHICH IS BEING DEPOSITED TO THE AIRPORT ATHORITY.
IT IS BEING REQUESTED TO PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
