My service request number is G[protected] Fifteen days over but till date i have not received my refund.

I have send 4 email but not a single reply came from your compnay.

This is with regards to your reservation with Go First of PNR F7LNHM. The applicable refund of INR 8888 has been processed to the same mode of payment as follows:

If paid via net banking / debit card, the same shall reflect in your account within seven days
If paid via credit card, the same shall be credited to your credit card account
If paid via travel websites/ travel agent, the same shall be refunded to the travel agent within three working days who will process it to you, request you to please contact them directly
