Had to travel on a business trip to Patna from new delhi on 19th morning (dec 2010). Called the airlines to find the flight status and was informed that the flight is delayed quiet a bit and asked to get back later next day. Cancelled my business trip for I could have missed the schedule. Trauma begins when I call up airline to reschedule and they informing me that I was no show for the flight. Well I was more than disgusted and the support staff kept me on line for hours to hear my complaint. After series of abuses and threats the supervisor heard the previous night conversation and accepted the airlines fault and promised the return in 7 days. I had a huge loss on business too.
After waiting for return again the airlines is so insensitive to the request that they failed to keep this commitment too and never made a return. Imagine the state of this airline. I wish they understand the issue or else I have to sue them for sure. Was this information helpful? |
