[Resolved]  GO CABS — irresponsible attitude towards a lady customer

I had booked a cab from Whitefield to Koramangla with GO CABS on Wednesday 20th June for 8 p.m. I had booked the cab well in advance at 6.20pm asking them if they had a cab available. they conformed the booking. At 8.10 when the cab has not arrived I gave them a call. They said the driver will call me in 2 mins. After ten mins when I gave them a call again, they gave me the same reply. And again. Finally they told me that the cab had broken down and that it will reach me in half an hour. I give them a call at 9 pm the didn't pick my phone. Tried atleast 5 times. At 9.10 I called from another number they picked up the phone and had the audacity to ask me whether I want a cab anymore?!!! When I asked them what an absurd question this was they started laughing, others in the backdrop assuming I couldn't hear them saying" Tell her it'll come in ten mins, cut the call and keep the phone busy". I was stranded without a cab at 10 o clock in the night with no other option but to book another cab and wait till 11 pm.
