[Resolved]  GO CABS — Planned torture with no communication to a lady customer

I had booked a cab from Bangalore to Mysore from GO CABS on Friday evening and got a confirm booking reference number - G111
The agreement was for a Cab "Toyota Qualis"(Rs 8.5/km) which was supposed to arrive at 6:00 AM on Sunday(10 Jun 2012).The Driver was supposed to call us 5 AM which he did not. While confirming the same from our side at 5:40 AM they said that the Cab is broken and will take 1-2 hours to get repaired. Instead they asked me to take Innova which was Rs 12/km.
It was clearly visible that this was planned from there side to make excuse for Qualis and offer Innova and thus take more money from us. I am really very much annoyed at there behavior as being a lasy also they tortured me like anything for the next 3 hours giving me several phone nos of drivers and telling me to contact them to know cab position but still cab did not arrive. On finally calling the head office I received a reply that they are not responsible of even confirmed booking. I feel helpless now and want strict action to be taken because I think just because I being a lady booked the cab, these people made so many excuses and troubled me so much.

Similar incient- I had booked a cab from Whitefield to Koramangla with GO CABS on Wednesday 20th June for 8 p.m. I had booked the cab well in advance at 6.20pm asking them if they had a cab available. they conformed the booking. At 8.10 when the cab has not arrived I gave them a call. They said the driver will call me in 2 mins. After ten mins when I gave them a call again, they gave me the same reply. And again. Finally they told me that the cab had broken down and that it will reach me in half an hour. I give them a call at 9 pm the didn't pick my phone. Tried atleast 5 times. At 9.10 I called from another number they picked up the phone and had the audacity to ask me whether I want a cab anymore?!!! When I asked them what an absurd question this was they started laughing, others in the backdrop assuming I couldn't hear them saying" Tell her it'll come in ten mins, cut the call and keep the phone busy". I was stranded without a cab at 10 o clock in the night with no other option but to book another cab and wait till 11 pm.
