Dear Sir, I booked a ticket today via your website "goibibo.ibibo.com" and i filled journey date 01/07/2010. and while after booking and money transffer i get a ticket for 01/08/2010. And as this ticket was non refundable so it charge me 5000/- Rs for cancellation. This should not be the way a online system going with internal errors. I had a booking made using Goibibo. There was a change in the flight schedule and they did not communicate back. When I asked them for no communication they come back and tell me that they are not responsible for such communication. In the whole process I would have missed my connection flight...
