[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Unable to reach out to customer service to cancel the flight tickets

I live in USA. I have made flight bookings for multiple members of my family online. The transaction went through goibibo.com, for my upcoming vacation to India. My plans have changed, and I want to cancel the tickets. goibibo does not have customer service, all the number they listed on their website or from google search have no response, or go to auto caller with no meaningful response. Can't open an account on their website as it has option for mobile number with only India country code. email address listed on their website does not work. Whatsapp message just returns a link to non-working support website. Have been trying to contact on many many numbers with no success. Do not know how to reach them. Please help.

I had to purchase an international call plan on the phone number that was used for booking, for the call to reach a service agent to process cancellation.
Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I have not received any response from goibibo customer care. If the ticket is not cancelled within 3 days, my penalties will increase.
Here is the detail of the reservation : flight tickets for family of 6, to and from Hyderabad to Varanasi.
Booking ID: GOFLDNTSMAJ41AMZ1877
Name of the person who booked and paid for tickets: Laxmikant Joshi

PLease help, customer service from goibibo is non-existent. I am not sure how they are able to run this business internationally with no customer service at all. Its a hard lesson for me.

It does not even let me a create without a India mobile number.
I did recieve inital message confirming my booking on my USA number through whatsapp. When I send messages through that number it says it is not monitored and it gives a link directing to website. Website does not have any email address or contact details.
I googled the email address and contact number. When I email to the email address [protected]@ibibo.com I got the following message

Dear Customer,

This email ID is only used for sending out auto-replies to you, and is not monitored by us.
If you have any query regarding your booking, please visit the My Trips page on our app or website. Or, simply click here: https://www.goibibo.com/

website it does not let me create an account from the USA phone number that I originally booked the tickets... What to do ? whom to contact. I am clueless. Amount is huge. Airlines is unable to cancel, it says refer to the agent who booked the tickets.

After repeated efforts I was able to get hold of customer service. The only way it works is my USA mobile which was used to book the tickets should be the same to call them. So, I purchased an international calling plan on my mobile number, and my call went through. If I use any other phone, the call does not even go beyond the automated call assistant.
