[Resolved]  GoAir — Refund of money on cancellation of tickets

I had booked an air ticket from Mumbai to Delhi from GoAir. I cancelled the ticket after a month when my travel plan was cancelled. GoAir gave me a credit note saying that I can book another ticket against the cancelled ticket but I will not be refunded the money.
All the airlines in the world refund the money if the ticket is cancelled. How can GoAir force passengers to buy another ticket if they cancel one ticket? Even if they had written this on their charter they cannot take money from the passenegr when passenger did not travel.
I request you to please consider my request and ask GoAir to refund my money.
