I booked a ticket for 3 from Delhi to Goa under the PNR number FPM0I0. Due to some reason, a member of our team was unable to travel, so we had to cancel his ticket. I confirmed with the cust care executive that the refund (after deduction of 750 cancellation charges) will be returned to my bank account, and not in the form of any voucher. Today when i cancelled the ticket, they told me that they wil give a voucher and no cash. After that, they tell me the voucher number saying they are unable to mail the voucher details, so how am i supposed to know if they have actualy refunded the money just ...

KINDLY FORM YOU THAT I HAD DONE TWO TICKETS OF 5 FEB-2011, BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE FLIGHT WERE CANCELLED AND YOUR EXECUTIVES SAID THAT THIS FULL AMOUNT WILL ROLL BACK IN MY ACCOUNT, FOR THAT I HAVE MET MISS RAMNEET KAUR AT YOUR GO AIR COUNTER AT AMAUSI AIRPORT LUCKNOW, SHE TOLD THAT HE WILL SEND A MAIL TO THE OFFICE AND SOON I WILL GOT MY AMOUNT BUT TILL YESTERDAY I HAVE NOT GOT MY AMOUNT, THEN TODAY I HAVE TALK WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE, BUT THEY ALSO NOT GIVE ME ANY SATISFACTORY ANSWER.
ITS MY REQUEST TO YOU THAT PLS LOOK IN TO THE MATTER WHICH IS ALREADY LATE, AND HELP ME TO GET MY AMOUNT BACK.
