[Resolved]  Godrej/ Air Conditioner — Services not satisfactory

Hi All,

I am owing an air conditioner from Godrej. It is almost one year for the same. Last month, I got a call from godrej asking for my free service which was pending(according to them and this was the first time in the whole year when I got a call from them). So, the service guys came around 6 days after the call.

Now when the service was over, after 3-4 days of the same, I felt that ac was not working properly but I ignored thinking that whether is too hot so that might be the issue. But when complained by all other members of my family, i got to know there is a gas leakage in the same.

So, I contacted godrej but now they say that your Ac is out of service now and you will not be bale to rectify the same but you have to pay Rs. 2000/- extra for this upon which I didn't agreed. I think there should be some way to resolve it out.
