Sub : Refrigerator is not working.............
Dear Sir,
I have purchased the refrigerator Model no. 221 Ele[protected] dtd 01.06.2009. Within this duration (1year 4 months) my refrigerator faced the compressor problem 2 times. On yr warrenty says the compressor have 5 years warrenty..............what is the use ? If the product is not good.
Now we had made the complaint to your customer service, without checking the machine they are asking the Rs.250/- as service charges........... I request you to provide a good condition refrigerator immdly or pl refund my amount and take back yr product.
