I purchased a new Godrej Refrigerator on 29.5.2011 from talwar electronics ....krishan vihar ..delhi-41.. cash memo book no. 158 and s.no.7856. When it was unpacked by the technical person for installation it is not in working condition. The technical person himself lodged a complain (No. 375993) for replacement. But, it is regretted till date I haven't received a new one inspite of several reminders....

I have purchased the refrigerator Model no. 221 Ele[protected] dtd 01.06.2009. Within this duration (1year 4 months) my refrigerator faced the compressor problem 2 times. On yr warrenty says the compressor have 5 years warrenty..............what is the use ? If the product is not good.
