Dear sir
I have registered the complaint to customer car department vide
reference no-[protected] dated on-28/04/2012 and your service
technician cheeked the defective refrigerator and informed to me that
its compressor failed . i am asking for cause of failure and what is
the exact failure in side the compressor but does not know what parts
actually failed inside compressor and he told me required replacement
the compressor.
I have purchased the refrigerators dated on23/10/2005-pentacool single door
Model no--GDP195S

Dealers name- M/S.GURU KRIPA ENTERPRISE-ADIPUR-PINCODE[protected]GUJRAT.
I KNOW WARRANTY PERIOD IS OVER BUT THIS MFG DEFECT.
I LOVE GODREJ BRAND[protected]IN MY FAMILY MY PARENTS USE GODREJ FRIDGE
SINCE LAST 22 YEARS NO ANY PROBLEM. MY ELDER BROTHES USE GODREJ FRIDGE
SINCE 12 YEARS NO PROBLEM TILL DATE and MY SISTER USE GODREJ FRIDGE
SINCE LAST 10 YEARS NO PROBLEM TILLDATE.
We also know very well the warranty period as per your terms is over
but as per defects and consumable protection act the sellers defect
liability continues even after the warranty period has ended.
I have lot of faith in GODREJ Brand and its loyalty towards customers
is very high.
i am very hope full to godrej.
Request you to kindly replace my compressor under warranty/goodwill.

I purchased a new Godrej Refrigerator on 29.5.2011 from talwar electronics ....krishan vihar ..delhi-41.. cash memo book no. 158 and s.no.7856. When it was unpacked by the technical person for installation it is not in working condition. The technical person himself lodged a complain (No. 375993) for replacement. But, it is regretted till date I haven't received a new one inspite of several reminders.

Dear Sir,

refrigerator cooling system failed

My refrigirator cooling system is not functioning for the last ten days. i registered a complaint with godrej through toll free no[protected] on 9-10-10 ond received sms as "your" call no 722241,csn 786. on 11-10-10 i received sms as service call is completed with-out attending. The same was reported to godrej and another complaint was booked to that extent another sms was received as "your" call no 722678,csn 957 on the day. I personally reported the same to srisai elctronics, godrej service center, musarambagh, Hyderabad on 12-10-10, requesting them to attend the complaint. surprisigly another sms was received on 13-10-10 that service call is completed without any attendance.

I was traveling in train No. 6648/Trivandrun Express from Mangalore to Trivandrum boarded the train at Kanhangad station on 09 th May 2009 under PNR No.[protected] in coach No. S-3, Seat No.67 (upper berth). I lost my purse black in colour, and it contained the following main and important items/articles apart from other things kept in it as per my remembrance is concerned:
1. Debit card 2 nos- Federal Bank & ICICI.
2. License - colour photostat.
3. Amount worth 500 to 800 (approximate)
4. Company ID card (Godrej)
The above are the main articles among other things which were kept in my purse.
However I hereby request to take suitable steps to recover my stolen purse and kindly intimate to my above address and to my mobile No. [protected] immediately for which act of kindness I will be ever grateful to you and your department.
