I had send you a request for replacement of My Washing Machine but till date i have not received any feedback from your side.So when you are about to replace my washing machine please confirm me.
I had purchased the washing manchine about 2 & half month before.But due to some inferiority in manufacturing i am unable to use this machine.
Kindly replace or refund my money so i will purchased other washing machine from other company.
Because i am not satisfied with your machine and quality of service.
It my last and final request to you kindly change my machine..

I am living in delhi.the persion of godrej smart care very very sameless persion first he send a persion after lot of followup.Then persion taken the cheque without repaire the machine & say next day he repare the machine but after one day he say we are not repaire your machine withot cheque clear & give the mobile no his supervisor Mr. Jitender( Mobile No. [protected]). then i talk to Mr Jitender then he say give cash without cash we are not attand the problem. if cash crite area the these people say on the first day. Now Im not understand how to repaire my washing machine immedtately My complain No. is 293032, & Mobile No. [protected].

sir, i am a journalist. i've purchased 1 washing machine since few years back. but before 5 months back i ve a problem in it & i call your dealer BISWAL SALES, JAJPUR ROAD, ORISSA. they send 1 tech. named BUTU. he repaired my washing machine but after 4 hours it was not functioning. again i made a call & the same person came again & changed my Regulator & some parts & took Rs.2500/- forcibly. but after his departs the machine was totally DEAD. so i request you to solve it at the earliest, otherwise i'll take LEGAL ACTION against your company. THANKS

I was brought godrej eon fully automatic 2years later at Surat. And its working nicely.But now I am at orissa angul. During shifting Surat to Angul its base frame damage.

I agree entirely that Godrej now gives terrible service. The company maintained a Videocon washing machine for 6 years in our house, we were lured into buying a Godrej washing machine. Now the machine never works properly. Even during warranty they fitted old gear box in the machine which seems to have damaged the Tub. Now they ask us to pay for the Tub which does not carry a warranty as per them. Bad Machine- worst service. They refuse to answer even the phone calls in Delhi, I wonder if it is any better elsewhere

I fully agree with the complainants. I also have similar complaint regarding semi-automatic washing machine. The Godrej customer care serevice is worst. I also advise NOT TO PURCHASE any consumer appliance make by Godrej.

my self is jalpa desai from ahmedabad, gujarat. v r having all appliances of godrej....from T.V. to microwave to refrigerator to washingmachine. and v are satisfied with all ur products n services till date....
i have a godrej washing machine since last 4 yrs. Before 2 weeks ago its inner side washing tub has got cracked n the dryer is also not working. i made a complain so a guy came n checked it n told to replace the belt of the machine. he said to replace the washing tub in 3-4 days.
Now it has been 15 days but there is no replacement done. our complain number is 825209. i also contact a person named Mr.Mukesh with cell no-[protected] but he too keeps on delaying in sending the tub. i daily call at the callcenter n to Mr Mukesh for reminder but they say there is shortage of the tub. please go through in detail for our complain n make it do as early as possible....

my complaint No.242184 of 28th August about Washing Machine isyet to be attended. the Customer Care No.[protected] repeatedly confirms that they hve forward the same to gunjan Refrigeration, Dehi, Phone[protected]. Alas, this number is always busy. What to do. Seems it is better not to buy any Godrej appliances with such poor customer care.

I fully agree with the complaints lodged and poor service from Godrej.
I had purchased a semi automatic washing machine on 15.08.2011.
After the demonostration laid down, while operating the machine it did not work . I had lodged complaint with the dealer ( Great Eastern Trading Co., Garia, Kolkata ) their service station ( Godrej ) and the toll free no. ( complaint no. 235156 ) After the inspection by the Service Centre it was found that the wash box was not working . We requested for the replacement of the unit. Even I had been informed that the service centre
had reccomended the replacement to the Branch Office at SALT LAKE,
Kolkata. But it was in vain. No response from thge Branch Office . Even
while contacting over telephone, the Appliance Division is not paying any attention to the comnpmaint.SUCH A POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE.
IT AWS NOT EXPECTED FROM A HOUSE LIKE GODREJ.
