Godrej Interio — Damaged mirror in panel of 3dr Gensys wardrobe

I ordered a 3dr gensys wardrobe in Sept 2025. After many follow ups, the damaged product with broken was delivered in Oct 2025. Since then, at least 4 mirrors have been ordered but all come broken to Kolkata from Mumbai. Godrej supply chain seems broken. Godrej customer care do not seem to pick up calls or listen to customers in 9/10 cases. Latest mail to godrej Interio head is unanswered. Corporate complaint department refused to give their full name at Mumbai office. I asked to speak to a senior office but request denied. I asked for an alternative temporary 3dr wardrobe till they fix the issue, request ignored. I am asking for refund and compensation for the harrowing experience now. They are asking me to bear with them one last time!
