[Resolved]  Godrej — cooling problem

My Godrej refrigirator is not cooling and the light is not working.
Provide me a toll free number or a service centre in Hyderabad(Kukatpalli area).Please do reply us as soon as possible

i have purchased godrej refirigrator last year may (07/05/2008) double door, presently that refirigirator is not working light is comming but there is no cooling is happening .

when i purchased the refirigirator they have informed me that 10 years of warranty (5 years of body and 5 years of compresser) but they are saying now that visiting charges is applicable and transport charges is available. please see the needful

Godrej — not rectifying the problem for last 1 month

Dear sir,

We are facing problom with my refrigerator, we perchased new godrej refrigerator
3years back, now it is not working , local godrej engineer was seen the problom after he told me compressor is not working , so,he told me, we are going to replace it, we got warrentty for 5 years for compressor, it was hapend 1 month back now we are making phone calls every day he is saying tody tomorrow for rectification still he is not rectify

so what to do please do help thanking you

Cooling Problem
I have Godrej Refrigerator (Model: GDA26ESF.).

There was cooling problem in my fridge. The first complaint which I made to Godrej Service Centre (Toll Free No. [protected])was 14 JUNE 2010 and other was 24 June 2010 . Since then I am struggling to resolve this problem. Following are the details of the work carried by the Godrej technicians so far.

1. In first visit of technicians from Godrej, they said that there was a low voltage problem . He suggest to me for a Stebilizer. After that i connected my fridge through stabilizer for sufficient voltage. Now the voltage is 220V.
again the cooling problem was observed. This time Godrej technicians told that when i have got time then i will check ur fridge. . Here it is important to note that they did not do any testing to check whether the voltage problem or any other problem. . While asking how they are sure that voltage problem , they said that it is their experience.


I am struggling since last 1 month to repair the fridge. If manufacturing company’s service centre can not rectify the problem than I don’t know who else will be able to rectify it.

Our Refrigerator can't make cooling since last 15 days.

Your customer Care is not taking care on Customer Problem. We had complaint about our A/C Problem on 30th April 2011. But till no response on the service centre. They didn't any person to rectify the problem. This much how the Godrej service centre is taking care. This which gives the bad impression and bad atmosphere on your company.

We have purchased a refrigrator 15 May, 2011 from Bhiwadi. We are also living in Bhiwadi.

From last three months it is not providing cooling facility. We are also trying to contact at[protected], [protected], [protected] from last three months but the prblem does not get resolved till date. The warranty period is also being effected due to the problem.

You are requested to please direct the concerned to resolve the problem at the earliest, failing which we were bound to take corrective action.

The Refrigerator was purchased by me at 22/05/2009 and there is no cooling on august 2010 cause capillary was made by aluminum it was repaired by service center aligarh on bill base amount about Rs, 1100+ other expenses. on before summer season there no cooling gas charge by them on my residence in 2011 and on 3rd Jun 2012 there is no cooling it was carried by the technician on 6th jun 2012 it was return after the 2 compressor and jali was changed on 17th jun2012 in dead position, again it was send on workshop it was deliver to me on July it was not working Properly again gas was recharge till 05/05/2013, in the slowly it was going dead, Now I want to My cash refund amount Rs, 35000 There is I had lost my electricity and Phones, Transportation, My Time and others my loses, Kindly help me.
