[Resolved] Godrej Edge refrigerator — Consumption of Electricity is very High | |||
Applicant-Halkude Sandeep Nagnath, Address-15,Jijamata Nagar,Swagat Nagar Rd., Majrewadi, Kumtha naka, Solapur, M.S. Subject- Consumption of Electricity by Godrej Refrigerator(180 Litre) is Very High. Dear Sir, We have buyed Godrej Refrigerator, from Chavan Distributor of Solapur City. In the first month only our electricity bill was three time than earlier (using the Godrej refrigerator). I made complaint near to that distributor many time at last he sent a technician for the same. Now that time our Electricity consumption was not so high but it is on higher side. Again we had made complaint, but this time he replied the Electricity consumption is ok. But actually it is not so. We don’t have time to go again & again to do complaint & at last we stopped using that refrigerator. Now I want to use this refrigerator. Godrej Edge refrigerator — replacement of parts in warranty
Dear sir,I have Godrej edge direct cool refrigerator which I have purchased 25th MAY 2009.
In the month FEB 2010 the cooling problem occurred. I have informed the dealer over phone ,they have assured me to send the technician through authorized service center . But nobody could come,then in the month of MAY I went to the show room, They have given a technician's (namely Mr.Saravana kumar )cell phone no.[protected] .I have contacted him and he asked me to register a compliant thorough toll free no .[protected].I did the same,( the compliant no.497969.)but so for it is not rectified. I am not able use the refrigerator for the past five months.I request the company to solve the problem.
