I own a godrej semi automatic Washing machine on 23/02/2010. I called Godrej Smart Care and lodged a complaint (due to product is under warranty period). This was forwarded to m/s freeze house Kolkata.
The technician bappi dasgupta(mob no. [protected]) came and see the problem and told me the washing motor is damage . So please send it to our workshop. The service provider brought the machine from my house on 14/02/2011. (They also charge Rs. 250/- for caring charge) and they told the work is completed in coming 7 days but his 7 days not coming in 50 days. In these past days when I phone to him, he said the company is not supplying those parts.
After 50 days I am calling to customer care to solve the problem and get the hair authority phone number. He told me that I have no any number of company’s respectable member and he said I could nod not help you in this case. I don’t know what happen?
Now I am purchase a new one and old one is seal to Godrej Company, how can do this? Please guide me.
