[Resolved]  Godrej Mattress — shape has been distorted

I had purchased a godrej mattress on 10/11/2008 from "OM SAI- furnishing and mattresses"(shop no.-13, sec-7, Arm Arcade, kharghar, navi mumbai, Tel:64184259, [protected]). But after one month only the mattress became loose. There are some air bubble in the mattress, due to which it is not in proper shape and is becoming more and more loose. I informed the dealer regarding the mattress, and he said that he'll send someone to inspect it.I waited for 3 days and also i didn't went out of my house just in case if he comes, but no one came. Then i again requested him many times and he always told me that either he's alone or he's coming within few minutes, even though his shop is nearly 20 mts away from my house. And then finally one day i requested him to come with me when his assistants were present in the shop. He inspected the mattress and said that he'll send someone from Godrej to change the whole mattress or repair it.But then again no one came. Before selling the product we were said that it has 1 yr warranty and also the dealer was behaving very friendly. but now when we need help no one is responding us. This is a very poor service, i had to visit this shop no. of times but still no result. Then why do you expect customers to purchase your products after such a service given to them? I need my mattress to either be changed or repaired. Kindly help me out.
