[Resolved] Godrej — they are not responding | |||
dear sir/madam my self jayesh mistry contact no. [protected] i brought godrej washing machine aroun one year back & its brace down twice from last 50 days i following them (godrej & supra engg kandivali) The complaint was lodged on 14/04/2011, that washing machine is making noise, Technician came on 17/04/2011 and told that gear box is broken and it will be replaced. Till date nobody has come to replace it. We have tried to follow it up more than 100 times yet we don't see any action on part of the company. i am residing in MADURAI - TAMILNADU STATE - INDIA.i made a complaint about washing machine{fully automatic-GODREJ company} possibly 3 weeks before to "VICTORY ASSOCIATES", an authorised godrej dealer in MADURAI. but they are not taking proper reaction.we called and invited them several times, but no proper reacton.please cancel their lisence because the same repair occured once again when we gave before 3 week.we phoned them and said that "the same repair occured ".But they are not taking proper response.
please say them and make proper reaction.
