[Resolved]  godrej pentacool fridge — COMPRESSOR PROBLEM

Dear Sir

I have purchased a Godrej pentacool Fridge on Dec 2006, It created problem of not doing cooling in 12th Dec 2010, when complaint was lodged it was rectified while compressor was changed. Again it started same problem after 15-20 days & a complaint was lodgged agst. complaint no-106588 5th feb 2011.
Alfa care one of your service centre was taking care of our complaint which is located just nearby my house.

Till dte, same is not rectified, & everyday we are also going to alfa care, but the behaviour of staff positioned is not good, they dam care about the customer's.

Pls look into the matter to get is rectified ASAP.
