On 18/04 i have bought Godrej split a/c (Model - GSC18FS 3 WIH) from Reliance digital retail ltd ,ECIL branch and i got the delivery on same day.Also i have been told that it will be installed on Monday i.e 19/04.however it was not the case.
After several chases (10 times) on 19/04 and 20/04 then they have come for installation on 20/04 and in middle of installation process they said that there is some problem in compressor i.e gas leakage and then left from my home saying that Godrej team will take care from now onwards.
Reliance team told me that they have raised a complaint on 20/04 itself.however after numerous calls and chasing i came to know that the complaint has been lodged only on 22/04 with godrej.In this process of chasing i have called up higher authorities @ reliance customer cell as well but they are least bothered as to what the issue is ?
I always got the calls from them only after chasing them for updates.Commitments are given but not met .
With respect to Godrej ,they had 48 hr time to resolve the issue but they are least bothered as well to understand what the issue is and updating customers and never visited my place at all.
Finally after i have visited stores today i.e 24/04 and told them that i want to return the brand then they have said technician will visit between 3 -4 pm.However after numerous chasings again reliance team visited my place @ sharp 6 pm and identified that the coil in outdoor unit is weak and this has to be replaced.
Now reliance team says that it will further take 48 hrs time to replace the unit.
As customers ,we understand that this peak season and demand is very high.However big brands like Reliance and Godrej expected to deliver the goods that is what we know about these brands.Unfortunately its not the case.

I have booked a Washing Machine on 24 day of fab 2010 , since last 2 month it is not Working since I don’t have time to call but after long back I thought of get repair I had given 1 st call on 01/12/2010and complaint no given to me 174300 and I have been told that after repair only you give csn no which is 117 .the day I given complaint is Wednesday and he suppose to come on Thursday dt 02/12/10 but he is manage to come on sat 04/12/10 .as he has come with attitude to not to do any think he ask for bill and I was there at Ahmadabad . and I told him that I bought on fad now it’s just 10 month and your warranty is 24 month so pls finesh the work as and when I come I will give you details the attitude of of your technical person is just like he is doing same great fever to me .as he told me that he don’t have gear box o[censored]nit and it will done on Monday . from monday02/10 to I had waited till 13/12/10 and after calling only I came to know that my complain has been close without doing my work’s surprised and sad to your call center that your service is worst to worst .goderaj is known for his service and I was surprise to see what they are saying and what they are doing . finely I had call bad given bill details date of purchase then I had receive complaint no as 180615with sms that some UNIQUE - DHARMESH PRAJAPATI - [protected] WILL BE ATTENDING MY CILL AT 13/12/[protected]@16.01 HRS .When i given call on same no i got reply from Dharmesh that i have no idea and nothing had told to him .again i had call to use less call center and had communication to girl call Miss Sonali after long discussion I got one more complaint no as as 180615 but name was Technician AJIT SINGH AND MO NO [protected] Will be attending your call @17.50hrs on dt 13/12/10. when I call up to him he reply I just come from my native palace and don’t know any think When I given call to your man and surprise DHARMESH With on his cell he is said that I have to fax bill to him then he will see to when to do my work .THIS IS WHAT YOUR PEOPLE TALKDear Mr. adi godrej I am sorry to buy such a worst product and the worst servicing experience and I will tall every buddy spl Indian consumer that pls think twice to bur godrej product
Dear you repair or don’t repair go to hell I will throw that washing machine into dustbin and think for better opinion for other co .
and by the way thanks for your service and respond to my problem seriously.
