gold card — wrongly debited for someones car Insurance for the past 12 months

Respected sir,
I am holding 2 nos of ICICI Lombard insurace Policy No 4034/FPS/ 03256366/00/OO and other one bearing no4034/ FPS/ 03219981/ 00/00 and these policy premium debited thro ICICI bank credit card and the same amount I made the payments thro cheques . Furher your ICICI Bank credit card authorites had debited in my account for 3 nos Insurance premieum since Feb2008.@Rs543/=
and the same had paid by me and no due to you.


In this connection I had sent unnumberale remainders and emails to the appropriate sections but till this date I have not received any propoer response from your side. Regarding in
this broblem we never expect the such type response form the reputated globalised organization.

Further today we contact your customer care and i came to know that such type of department for credit card complaints. So I would bring to your kind notice for the above said broblem. So your good selves look into the matter and verifying the facts and arrange to do the needful action in this regard. Further we are really sorry to say that the above said bromblem will not be solved within 15 days and you are pushed to take legal action against you to recover my money with interest and all expenses which may please not.
