I absolutely agree with his complaint. Even I enrolled for Gold Gym for a period of 1 year (28th January 2011-27th January 2012) and paid hefty amount. The gym has been closed for the last few months and the Gold Gym is not answerable to us. I undestand that there was franchise model and Gold Gym terminated their contract six months ago. I paid the premium because of Gold Gym name and not franchise model. How shud the customer be protected in such a situation. As per me, Gold Gym shud pay our amount back.

Agreed! I am an annual member. Gold' Gym did not even inform about closure and they have not compensated for the lost membership charges.
Any reply for this complaint from anyone?
same happened with me ... i was having 6 month membership nd they closed it withhout telling me .. now one is their to listen our complaint or give our money back ... if anyone knows who owned the gym and having their mobile no plz float ... and can we file case against them ??? plz suggest..
