[Resolved]  Golden Gas Agency (Indane LPG Gas Distributor) , Palam Vihar, Gurgaon — Unfair distribution of lpg gas

Hi,

I would like to bring your attention towards the Devbhumi Gas Agency, an Indane LPG gas distributor at Haridwar road roorkee.
Not only me, but I am sure that most of his customers are unsatisfied from his service. No one gets his gas refilled without reminding him 4-6 times. It takes months time to deliver the gas refil.
We are sure that he use to distribute the refil in black.
I would like some one to take the appropriate and strict action against him, so that this type of corruption can be removed.

Looking forward for some quick and strict action.

Recently i got my new Gas connection with Golden Gas Palam Vihar.After seeing this blog and feedbacks from many of you i am afraid that i made a wrong decision in choosing the agency.Is the delay in delivery of refill cylinder issue resolved?or still it is same?Please help..

follow beter service provide to all o[censored]s.otherswise no value of this mail.for all your information we booked sylinder for re-refiil on dated 06/01/2010 booking no is 3085, but the situation is till dated that means 19/01/2010.till time 12.12 pm is not get
this refill cylinder. so you think what is rule & regulation.Alwyas agency no is busy no body take a respeonse so please do some step for better provide services for all.

Its nearly impossible to book gas on phone. Its invariably engaged & even if ring goes, nobody picks up phone.After booking, waiting time is again v long. They dieninitely sell gas in black as we have come to know through our maid servant that they buy [protected]@ Rs 50/kg.

Situtaion is TINA (there is no alternative) for us at Palam Vihar, Sec#21, 22 and 23.

My C No.4917 at A328 Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. Inspite of repeated reminder that there is a gas leakage no one has come to rectify. GOLDEN AGENCY is the most irresponsible agency that INDANE GAS has appointed. They have people working who are very rude specially the ladies sitting there. They think they they are doing us a favour. I will be forced to take them to consumer court for their kackaside attitude.
Why doesn'r the INDANE people do something when there are so many complaints about them. Are they also in hand with them. Some one should come up and explain.

The best option for any customer who is not satisfied with the service of the gas agency, is to get his gas connection transferred to some other gas agency which offers better service. You can learn about the process on this link:

Problem is very serious, they never ick the phone and there behaviour is also very bad.

His telephones are always engaged it seems the receiver is not kept on the apparatus or keeps the telephone deliberately disconnected.Every time we have to go personally to his office to book the gas.The most strict action should be taken against the person.. krishan lal

It is absolutily correct I am also facing the same problem from the golden gas agency palam vihar. All their phone numbers are busy. But you can easily get the cylinder if you will pay Rs 50 extra to their representative. Even I had made complaint to the the Indane corporate office. No action has been taken from corporate office. I believe they are also getting their share from Rs. 50/-

pathetic service from golden gas service, , , , higher authorities should take strict action by cancelling his licence...

it takes month to refill a cylinder... i have a baby at home, , and need to boil the milk many a times in a day, , so i have to buy cylinder at grey market (black) from these people only, , ,

need to take serious action against them
