[Resolved]  Golden Gas Agency (Indane LPG Gas Distributor) , Palam Vihar, Gurgaon — Unfair distribution of lpg gas

i am totally agree by Mr. Ram & Sachin Gupta... Gurgaon should take action. I booked my cyclinder on 16- Mar and till date after sending multiple reminders i am getting any cyclinder yet. These people should be made attentive... i am not sure whether this site is helpful in getting some attention on Golden gas service Palam Vihar Gurgaon...

Hi,

I am also staying in sec21 gurgaon and i am strongly agree with all the complaint against golden gas agency.All the time the phone lines are busy, its really terible .

One way i just found that I just called up to the mobile number of manager and he asked to the operators to call back the customer.

manager no is [protected].

And Gas is very basic necessity and if we are facing problem for that, then its really a shameful thing and its not for just a instance or two ...its for every time.


Govt have to have immediate actions against this agency and if any one is monitoring these comments...

Aforesaid feedback is very correct, even we are also facing same problem. Most of the time we are not getting cylinder on time. Front desk officer behave is also rude.

I also agree with all the complaint against Golden Gas Agency. I never see this types of burst & low grade agency. The agency service is very poor & most of the time all contact numbers of this agency is not work.

The agency should be black listed by the concern deppt. I also agreed that the agency use to distribute the refil in black mostly.

I agree with sachin. It has been almost 2 years of my assosiation with Golden Gas . I have never recieved my gas within 20 days. sometimes gas is delivered to me after 30 days.

And yes I can get a black gas connection within an hour. Some Strict action needs to be taken againt them.

I am fully agreed with mr. Pradeep. First they dont receive phone calls to book the gas. Whole day their all phone numbers remain busy. The only option to book the gas is thru visit their office. and after booking the gas they never deliver it before 25 days after the booking date. The persons siting in their office including the owner of agency is very rude and irresponsible. I dont know whether my comments on this forum will draw any attention to the Indane company or not but it is my request to them to implement some regulations to stop these kind of inefficiency in service.

Golden gas service is extremtly poor. I am using this service for last 7 years only reason is the indane gas alne distributor. It is rumoured that he sell the domestic cylinders to hotels, restaurents and that is the reason this agency lack timely delivery of cylinders . I have checked with othe gas agncies in gurgaon but no other indane gas agency lack such extreme conditions.

like booking after 12 days rom last booking
delivery of cylinders after 25 days from dat of booking
Phone number are always engaged no ne pickes

Please tell is we can put case in consumer court against indane gas so that the ageny should be banned and new distributor should be alloted for palam vihar and adjoining areas.

Our life has becomer misreable after this agency has come into existence due to no professional attitude.

I can't what the hell this Golden Gas Agency is doing. They have given three landline numbers for booking on which your call can never been picked, one mobile number which is always switched off.
Apart from this if you book gas then it will come to you in a month r so.
Indane gas agency must do something either stop their contract with golden gas r take some legal action

Same problem with me .. i am struggling without as and already paid full amount.. but there is no response from Golden Gas Agency...
I request, cancel license of them and give it to other person..

LPG Gas — suffered form delay in GAS refill

Hi,

I would like to bring your attention towards the Golden Gas Agency, an Indane LPG gas distributor at Palam Vihar, Gurgaon.
Not only me, but I am sure that most of his customers are unsatisfied from his service. No one gets his gas refillled without reminding him 4-6 times. It takes months time to deliver the gas refill.
We are sure that he use to distribute the refill in black.
I would like some one to take the appropriate and strict action against him, so that this type of corruption can be removed.

Looking forward for some quick and strict action.

Service is disappointing, attitude of indane gas authorities is even more disappointing that even after so many years of pathetic service these guys have their ways and keep doing the same stuff and no one from indane cares. looks like Indane people are also hand in gloves with Golden gas guys.

Golden Gas — facing problem

Tried so may times to book Gas through phone,cant do that. Either phone are not picked -up by any one or getting engaged tone.
