I do agree that it requires lot of follow up in getting the cylinders, there are long queues for bookings, telephone lines are always busy, unless you go personally one can not book the cylinders through telephones. Need some permanent solution.

hi, I also do agree that all your agency phone operators are not picking the phone so i am not able to book my gas. I am trying since 4 days continously.

I also agree with all the complaint against Golden Gas Agency. The agency cont person Boney Chadha [protected] is also very batamize persone & he don;t now how can talk with ladies. They cant pick his mobile or phone. I am book my cylinder on 20/9/13, but till date cylinder not deliverd.
Golden Gas executive your are not picking up the phones every time i am facing this problem always solve this problem with immediate effect otherwise i will take some serious action against your agency..

The Golden Gas Agency, an Indane LPG gas distributor at Palam Vihar, Gurgaon.
I am using Gas cunsumer No GD-1906. Service and supply of Gas is very poor. I have booked my Gas on 18 Jan 2014 and till date (22 Feb 2014) not sent to my house. I am unsatisfied their service. When, I asked about my gas that your gas has sent. But, Where sent, God Knows about the Golden Gas Agency. Very bad performance. I think my gas cylinder has sold to another person and taken more money from them. Please advise to them that send me my Gas cylinder to my address.

I would like to bring your attention towards the Golden Gas Agency, an Indane LPG gas distributor at Palam Vihar, Gurgaon.
Not only me, but I am sure that most of his customers are unsatisfied from his service. No one gets his gas refilled without reminding him 4-6 times. It takes months time to deliver the gas refil.
We are sure that he use to distribute the refil in black.
I would like some one to take the appropriate and strict action against him, so that this type of corruption can be removed.
There is a live example which happen with me have booked the cylinder on 12th Dec but still haven't received filled cylinder in spite of
visted thrice to the agency, there is one lady sitting there & she doesn't have any adequate to deal with the customer.
Looking forward for some quick and strict action becuase the service of Goladen gas is too pathetic.

Services of Golden Gas, Palam Vihar Gurgaon are pathetic. Posted earlier also but no action has been taken against it.
