[Resolved]  Google Account — my google account hacked

It is my Civil and fundamental right to sought action against a person who is hurting my individuality.

My gmail account has been hacked. I am not able to get it back. The hacker is misusing it to send abusive comments to my friends on gmail contact list and on orkut.
I fear that the hacker may use it to harm me or my friends further.

Please ask Google to close the account "sapna.[protected]@gmail.com" and punish this hacker.
