[Resolved]  Google — received a message on mobile of winning 500000 gbp

I got an sms saying "Congratulations You have won 500, 000.00, GBP in the 2009(GOOGLE)INTL Mobile Award. To claim your prize email: [protected]@gmail.com". Then i mailed him that i want to claim for my prize. Then he sent me one form to fill in which i had to fill all the personal details, winning mobile number and Bank information and my account number. Then he sent me an Acknowledgment saying ur moblie details r true and u are the winner . Then he sent me one Federal high court Notorization and Stamp duty form, in which he requested me to pay Rs.8500(120GBP).
A. 70 GBP is for the Stamp Duty/Notarization, that is to
be paid at the OFFICE OF THE FEDERAL HIGH COURT
REGISTRAR.
B. 45 GBP is to be paid at the BOARD OF INTERNAL REVENUE
as Winning Tax.
C. 5 GBP is for the shipment to you via courier

So plz tell me what is this all. Is it fake or true. Plz need information soon.

I received a msg stating "Your mobile No has won GBP 500, 000 in 2009 Google INT'L Mobile Draw (PIN No:goc-012009). To claim send your Name and Pin to via E-mail : [protected]@live.com".

Is it fake or a kind of a trap?
