I purchased a goggles from fastrack store(Last Minute) a 5 days ago.(on 1st march),. when i went to exchange it on 2nd march, he told me that there is no service of exchanging the goods. But, i asked to the customer helpline, they told me that exchanging facility is available within 7 days. So,take an serious action against the Shopkeeper.

I just ordered products from an overseas co.and used google wallet. I will never use it again. Just to save time I'll tell you, the reps and supervisors I talked with on the phone were very rude, didn't know what they were talking about, and they didn't know thier jobs. They had no clue. I needed to do a chargeback back in Feb., the original order was on the 26th of Jan. I settled my dispute with my bank and gave my verification that they sent the money to you on March 1. When called I had so many problems. Every rep I talked with didn't know what to do. They all had different stories about my order. The supervisor told me she had no records of my order or where my money went. You dropped the ball. I told Montana, (she could call my bank for verification they sent the money on March 1.) I was told she couldn't do that. By the end of the conversation with her, I didn't even have an account. I was told so many different and conflicting stories. I just did another chargeback. I will never use google-wallet again. In fact I will try to not use anything google. Get your act together or you'll be losing more business. Oh, by the way. They didn't even seem to care about my business. That's alright because I won't be doing business with you anymore. Your shipping business is a joke. I gave no rating because you don't even disserve one star. Mike.
