Hi,

There was an unauthorized charge to my back account, INR 1600/-for "GoogleSuccessKit". There was also two more transactions done yesterday for INR 500/- each. The only transaction I authorized was for the trial version of the product, which was explained to be USD$1.00.

I am demanding for the balance to be reversed back into my account ASAP.

I had authourized one dolar to be taken out for a trial version of the product and authourized no other money transactions at all, and was charged another few additional charges - 29.95, 4.95, 1.00, 9.95, 1.00 which i never authourized at all. i demand my money placed back into my account and speak to someone about this matter. this is absolutely ridiculous and will not be tolerated. I too have had the same experience and have been charged numerous amounts for the last 4 months, agreeing to the trial Google Success Kit with a payment of $1.00.How can it be stopped?

I signed up for this googlesuccess kit for the trial period of $1 and 5 days later, I have not received this so called kit and have been charged $39.95. Plus Fraudprotection charges-$6.95 and Identity Security Charge- $9.95. I want to cancel my Subsription can somebody tell me INDIA customercare no. where i can lodge the complaint against google.

I am from Taiwan. I joined and got charged at least twice of " $29.95 + $4.95 + $1.00 + $9.95"
It is not $1.00 only...My God!!

The only thing now is I can't get those charges refund since those toll-free phone nos are not free for me.
Considering the possible international phone fees against those charges, I might have to let them go...

I think the on-line chat room is the cheapest & less time consuming way to cancel the membership.
For those who are not in US this is the best way.

Google should come out and do something about it. People falls in the scams because of Google.

fraud protection:- 360/-
Google Success Kit 2093/-
Well i have not recived any of the kit but still i have been charged three times for this,
I request for my money back and some corrective action on this fraudulent practice
