granules india ltd — Improper communication and Poor delivery

Dear Sir,


We are facing lot of problems with courier service Blue Dart. The person who is picking up the material is illiterate and doesn't know clear details af the courier. Once he forgot to collect the octroy fee though we asked him does it included and that made dispatch delay by more than 4 days. This time we have asked to deliver by flight , he made it as road ways, The courier no is [protected].The shipping person was emp # 103161.


We request you to take necessary action on this . We hope you understand the severity.
