Great India Travels — Package and gifts promised not delivered | |||
I booked two packages 7night /8 days for international holidays and 5 night /6 days for domestic holidays on June, 11, 2012. I was promised to delivery my package and gifts after verification call within a week. They even promised me on email dated 19th July, 2012 that due to some unforeseen circumstances could not deliver the courier. Now, within a week it will come and I am still awaiting. It seems the company is not interested and looks like a fake or cheat company and my hard earned money is taken by them by means of fraud. I have also read the similar stories of other consumers. I would request to join together and lodge a complaint with authorities, media and newspaper in a legal way so that these type of companies donot cheat their customers.
