I am also agree that it's too late in draw of BHS-11 scheme.

ग्रेटर नोएडा, संवाददाता : लोगों का ग्रेटर नोएडा में आवास लेने का सपना शीघ्र पूरा होने जा रहा है। प्राधिकरण ने 30 व 40 वर्ग मीटर क्षेत्रफल में बने निर्मित भवनों का ड्रॉ इस माह कराने का निर्णय किया है। ड्रॉ के लिए तैयारी शुरू कर दी गई है। इस समय फॉर्मो की जांच का काम चल रहा है। यह कार्य एक सप्ताह में पूरा हो जाएगा। इसके बाद ड्रॉ की तिथि घोषित कर दी जाएगी। योजना में सबसे अधिक आवेदक चाई फाई व सबसे कम आवेदक म्यू वन सेक्टर में बने मकानों के लिए आए हैं।

लोकसभा चुनाव से पहले प्राधिकरण ने इस योजना को निकाला था। इसमें विभिन्न सेक्टरों में 30 व 40 वर्ग मीटर क्षेत्रफल में बने हुए तीन हजार दो मकान हैं। इनके लिए करीब 31 हजार लोगों ने आवेदन किया है। सबसे ज्यादा चाई फाई व सेक्टर तीन में बने मकानों के लिए आवेदक मैदान में हैं। प्राधिकरण के अधिकारिक सूत्रों ने बताया कि चाई फाई सेक्टर में 607 मकानों के 7163 लोगों ने आवेदन किया है। इसी तरह सेक्टर तीन में 515 मकानों के लिए 8720, जीटा सेक्टर में 515 मकानों के लिए 3644, स्वर्णनगरी में 422 मकानों के लिए 5394, बीटा सेक्टर में 106 मकानों के लिए 3575, म्यू वन सेक्टर में 309 मकानों के लिए 482 व जूं वन सेक्टर में 528 मकानों के लिए 1831 लोगों ने आवेदन किए हैं। प्राधिकरण अधिकारियों ने बताया कि योजना का ड्रॉ स्कूली बच्चों से पर्ची निकलवाकर किया जाएगा। योजना का ड्रॉ दो दिन में कराने पर विचार चल रहा है। पहले दिन म्यू, जूं, बीटा व स्वर्णनगरी में बने मकानों का ड्रॉ होगा। दूसरे दिन सेटर तीन, जीटा व चाई फाई में बने मकानों का ड्रॉ कराने पर विचार किया जा रहा है। ड्रॉ होने के बाद दो साल के अंदर सफल आवंटियों को मकानों पर कब्जा दे दिया जाएगा।

Draw of BHS-11 scheme was expected on May, now it is June..still no information on it. Applicant dont know where to go and whom to ask. GINDA taking no interest to telling the people.. They have there website in which they can put the information... its seems it is going to be a BIG scam. Just like DDA draw

I do agree with this. I have called many times to GNIDA on these No. +[protected]tel), +[protected]tel), +[protected]tel), +[protected], 6145 (fax) but no body is ready to answer and in my point of view people in Greater Noida are worst. They have very bad intention reagrding the money of public they had taken for BHS-11 scheme. They just want to earn intesrest from that amount. If it is not so, then they put proper reason for dealy through their web site and via any media and for that GNIDA must be dragged in consumer court for the delay in draw of BHS 11 scheme without giving any proper reason for it. I don't know when this draw will commence.
If any body is having any type of info regarding the draw date then pls share with me.
