[Resolved] GSRTC Gujarat — complain about service | |||
sir, i do regular updown at from sarkej to gandhinagar.The semilow floor buses drivers and conductors donot open the back doors given for the entry,hence there is always rush at the front door,i dont understand why the facility provided not been utilized in good of public.More over the behivour of drivers and conductors is rediculous towards the pass holders,the think we come in free,they dont understand the gsrtc in advance.Recently i had a very bad experince in bus(semi low floor) routed sec-28/29 to sarkhej on 13/7/2012 from pathika at 6'o clock evening the bus driver and conductor both behaved in very bad manner and the case was only that i asked to open the back doors so that public can enter in bus easily,they refused and said bad words,then after bording on bus i showed my pass still they misbehaved.Even though i have complained many times to st.depot manager at gandhinagar there is no action taken. sir,pls take quick action and take action on the driver and conductor of bus described above..... Dear Sir,
I do up down from Adalaj to Incom tax. The ST bus driver & conductor do not stop the bus on Adalaj bus stand & if they are stop the bus its far away from bus stand & if we are run for catch the bus they start the bus & we cant catch it. They should stop the bus on bus stand. Its Morning buses around 9'o clock (Kadi-Khavad- A'bad, Rudatal- Abad, A'bad Mahuda. I do have pass ins-pite of that i travel by private vehicle & i suffer from both the side. I show that all time they are giving the facilities to their relatives in rural area. They are easily stop the bus anywhere for there relative then why they are not stop the bus for us on bus stand? We are also doing job & we need to reach our office on time everyday then why they are treating like this with us.

dear sir i am pate imran [protected] from jambusar my complain for chopda to jambusar bus conductor he is very bad man and very he was not he not good behaviour to bus passenger pleae solve to its problem

there is no bus available within the time frame of 5:30 to 7:30 so please revert back with the solution for the same.
