I have booked ticket online , my transaction got failed. But the amount has been deducted and successfully transferred to GSRTC account . But they are denying . I also have confirmed from ICICI bank. and they have confirmed for successful transaction.

I have booked on line ticked for sleeper class for three persons from vadodara to Junagadh ( 02 person ) , and vadodara to Rajkot ( 01 ) person, But at the time of travel , the bus was of Express bus . when i have asked to refund the difference amount. No reply from GSRTC.

I request you to help me how to fight with GSRTC. who is cheating with passengers.

I am agree for my complain and i wish to fight against unjustice .

I have booked my ticket on GSRTC online booking system through my ICICI bank Credit Card (Credit Card A/C No. [protected]) for “SURAT to IDER” but bus didn’t came & at the time of inquiry bus was cancelled. I have asked about refund of my ticket money to Surat Inquiry Desk but same time I m not getting proper answer to how to get refund my money. Inquire desk officer using the slack language & he has asked me to cancel the ticket on online don’t come to inquiry desk but the office not aware, after departure time cannot cancelled the booked ticket.

i have booked surat to mehsana sleeper class tickets for to and fro sides when the travelling time bus is coming express bus so i talk with conductor he asked me to talk with reservation counter otherwise come travel with this bus no refunds is given by him he asked...when i asked to reservation counter they told to ask inquiry or depo office when i told this story they ask for told reservation counter but nothing was solved...and finaly i travel with express bus going and return time with gurjarnagri bus till now no refunds...

i think GSRTC fraud with passengers ..Now i have take decision to never book tickets in GSRTC...

I bought two tickets of the bus ''Surat - Anjar for the date 28/11/2012 wide pnr no. G3626987 & G3627822 .
However on the travelling date i.e 28/11/2012 bus was not come till 02:55 am of 29/11/2012 inspite of time being 23:10 of 27/11/2012 . Therefore we had to go via another bus of gsrtc called ''Surat - Bhuj '' sleeper bus. We picked the bus at 02:55 am and also we were forced to buy tickets. Additionally we did not get the seats inspite of reservation and travelled inconveniently.
I therefore request you to refund my money of tickets in return of non service and also the inconvenience suffered by us.

I hope you will consider the same and refund as soon as possible.

Subject :- Matter of getting refund of Rs deducted for not booking tickets online

Respected Sir
With reference to the above subject, it is to be mentioned that three full tickets and half tickets from Bagdana to Baroda Central Station were booked on GSRTC mobile application on 08/06/2020 and payment was made through Google Pay at 11:29 am. From UPI ID[protected] Rs. 661 deducted and ticket not booked also from UPI ID[protected] Rs. 661 cut off at 12:06 hrs on busy trail then I didn't get any proper reply from your office then I deducted my total Rs. 1322 deducted and further investigation will take place asking me to refund mine

Note :- Toll free number[protected] This number has been called repeatedly but no one picks up the phone and two mails dated 08/07/2022 and 14/07/2022 have been sent so no proper response till date. So give solution soon
