[Resolved]  h.d.f.c credit card — credit card upgradation

my card no. is [protected] . cust. care chd. has sent me an upgradation form to upgrade my platinum plus card to visa signature . i filled the form and give to h.d.f.c kkr branch 1.5 month till today. but not till today i havent recieve the card . i called chd. off. on no. [protected] to miss preeti but till today i didnt get the reply.

dear sir.i am a saving account no. in HDFC BANK, KURUKSHETRA.i used axis bank atm center at aggarsain chowk, kurukshetra on 13.11.2009 to withdraw rs. 10000. i didnt recieve the money.yet the money was cut in from my balance.recipt no. is 6127.
i have applied in hdfc, kurukshetra on 14.11.09 regarding the money recovery.
plz do the needful as i need the money urgently. ur kind response will help to get faith in bank and recovery will maintain my need.

Sir ipay 17000 in my creit card on 6/1/2018 in hd fc bank till not credit in my account so u add that in my credit amount will be showing balance in my account clear that
