COMPLEX, ATTUR-636 102, SALEM DISTRICT, TAMILNADU, FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS OUR DEALER SERVICE IS NOT WELL CYLINDER SUPPLY IS TOO LATE IF WE TALK WITH THE DEALER STAFF THEIR ARE NOT RESPONDING THE CONSUMER EVEN NOT TO ATTEND THE PHONE CALLS ALSO, MY COMPLINT IS I HAVE BOOKED MY CYLINDER ON 13.01.2009 TILL TODAY I AM NOT RECIVED THE CYLINDER DAILY I MAKE THE PHONE CALLS TO THS DEALER DUE TO AGE (67 YEARS SENIOR CITIZEN)I AM UNABLE TO GO TO GAS AGENCY THE STAFFS (FEMALE) SAID WE HAVE NOT RECIVED LOAD SUPPLY TOMORROW THIER STAFFS CONTINOUSLY SAY THIS SAME ANSWER TILL THE PAST ONE WEEK TILL (29.01.2009 4.00 P.M) I AM NOT RECIVED MY CYLINDER IN DEALER OFFICE SOME MALPRACTICE IN CYLINDER DISTRIBUTION, KINDLY FORWARDED TO COMPANY Was this information helpful? |
