Dear Sir ,Some five day before on 29 of May 2013 i booked my request for gas refilling by phone at srinagar gas service Rambagh,they assured me to deliver the gas cylender within 24 hours,bt despite repeeting phone and physical visiting to the office and compilanting the concerned manager Mr.Feroz Ahmad,i did not raccive my gas cylender till now 1 0f june 13 8.15 pm..as per norms company has to deliver within the 24 hours
my booking...

DEAR SIR/MADAM,

MY middle name is wrong in hp gas original paper i produce a affidavit for correct name but distributor told me that yoUr middle name is not change due to co. not belief in affidavit and Ur name is freeze,my connection is in Ajay gas service my consumer numb is 610597.

kindly see me a path what type i change my middle name (Singh to shil)
