Respected Sir / Madam,


My H.P gas Consumer No. is 603046 (Single Cylinder). I have already booked Cylinder on 25/01/2011 at 10 A.M. But passed one week, today till that time onwards, we are not received the cylinder. Tenthiruperai is nearly 08 K.M. from Nazareth. Previous Cylinder booked on 06/12/2010 and received to 09/12/10. In this month after 50 days finished from the next booking (i.e.06/12/10 to 25/01/11) one week is too much for the dealer. But, the nearby villages, immediately booked and issued the same in every days. Please verify my consumer a/c. and kindly initiate necessary steps for receiving the same as early as possible. The dealer charged extra Rs.30/- for the door delivery (Rs.360+30=3090/-) in every month. Your quick response in this regard will be highly appreciated.
