I booked my cylinder on 21december2009. They told there is shortage so your delivery will be late. Now after one month they are telling that your booking date is not 21 it is27 asper their records.But in my book it is 21.When shown they tried to make 21 27 and give me threat do whatever you want,complaint where you can.IS THIS A WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER WHEN MISTAKE IS THEIR?
