DELIVERY OF CYLINDER AND bOOKING
Sir,
My name is CH.GOVARDHAN RAJU I am having a H P Gas connection with your HYDERABAD MALAKPET dealer "HERA Agencies". My consumer number is 526316 with them. Every time after delivery cylinder at the time of booking after 21days then booking for a refill, your dealer is delivering the cylinder only after 10 days from the date of booking/ The reason they explained is that they are having very number of Gas connectons and are unable to deliver the refill cylinder in time. Yet times they are not in a position to book the request for refill of the cylinder over telephone. 10 days back I telephoned them and I gave them my consumer number and I was told that I will get the refill after one week. Today when I telephoned them to enquire about when I will get my cylinder, I was amazed to note that my booking for refill of the cylinder was not registered at all. Please let me know what to do.

I booked H P Gas refill on 5th Sept. 2013, Till today i. e. 20th Sept. it has not been delivered. I have made various visits to the Gas Agency, but get only arrogant reply. After waiting for about 15 minutes, the man has told me on three different occasions that the delivery would be made that day only. The third visit was today and an impertinent man near the gate does not behave or give a proper answer.Please try to resolve the issue of not only delayed delivery, but also of the impertinence.
