Sir,
My name is K V V SATYANARAYANA. I am having a H P Gas connection with your Kakinada dealer "Shree Agencies". My consumer number is 12949 with them. Every time after booking for a refill, your dealer is delivering the cylinder only after one week or 10 days from the date of booking/ The reason they explained is that they are having very number of Gas connectons and are unable to deliver the refill cylinder in time....

Gas Booking Phone Lines not attended by the Office Staff & late delivery

My Consumer No.654064. H P Gas Agency name is Ganga Enterprises N-43 Naveen Shahadara Delhi - 110 032. As I am a senior citizen age about 72 years. The gas agency distance from my house is about 6 - 7 k.m. Everytime I have to personally come for the booking of LPG gas. All the tel. numbers of this particular gas agency are not attneded by the office staff besides usually they hang up the phones. All the way...
