Hard Disk — out of order

my hard disk(500GB) of western digital is out of order.it is still in warranty period.its serial no. is Wcayuh490073.i have registered the hard disk before also and it was delayed for two months and also no actions were taken .as a result my hard disk in the passage of courier returned back from Patna.the R.M.A no. of the initially registered complaint is 83771997 with the address given as Nayak.n5,donar road, darbhanga. but now please sent me the hard disk from yours famed company to KAILASH KUMAR MAHTO(consumer's name),add:-station road laheriasarai ,darbhanga(mohalla:-laxmipur[protected].I AM SENDING YOU WITH THE SCANNED FACE OF THE HARD DISK AND THE AUTHENTIC BILL FROM WHERE I PURCHASED THE HARD DISK .i will be obliged to you for the kind reference and help that you shall commit to us as soon as possible.
