Sir,A hard disk with Sr. No.S06QJ20A174583 was handed over at Samsung's Jalandhar Office under Work Order No.20HC1901 on 19/03/2010 as the same was out of order. But it is regretted that till date no positive reponse is received from their end. Pl take necessary action in the matter.
