Replacement of my Defective SSD

Hi Team,

I've purchased WD Blue SN550 from Amazon one year back which came with 5 Years of Warenty. From last 3 weeks I'm not able to use my laptop with that SSD as the entire OS is running on it and SSD got crashed along with my personal data. I've raised the same with Western Digital support and they have raised Insident with Reference #:[protected] and asked me to perform some troubleshooting steps, I've done with that...

Replacement Disk is not issue even after 20 days

Product : WD sata 240GB SSD

I created an RMA on March 25, it now over 20 days and still my replacement drive is still not shipped.

I have contacted more that 20 times and no one has resolved my issue. Each time they are updating me that it will be shipped in 48 hours.

The WD SATA 240GB SSD drive has now failed 3 times in 3 months....

Unsent product/lost product no refund issued

Around the end of December of 2022, I ordered three external hard drives from Western Digital. I received two of them soon after. However the third one was lost in shipment, supposedly. Replacement disk not recovered

1 brought a hard disk fro. amzon .&it will defected after few monts and i sen replacement to wd with rma=[protected]
On 14-Jun-22 after 1 months they send a disk throw bluedart .but its didint get me they said its already delivered but i didint get it .i am waiting for it all the da not come it yet. Please help...

4TB Portable Hard Drive

Incident Details:[protected]

This drive failed during the warrantee period and I returned it under a RMA (I had to pay postage). WD confirmed that they received the returned drive on 30 November 2021. It now very nearly two months later and nothing has happened. The RMA status simple says "Received / Processing". I've contacted WD twice. The first time they said it was "global supply problems" and asked me to wait a little...

[Warranty] It's been more than two month I didn't receive my replacement product

My name is Abhay Satyarthi, I had a 2TB My Passport hard disk under warranty. 3 Months ago it stopped working. I have followed all the procedure and created a RMA for product replacement. I have created RMA on 11 Nov 2021 and send product to the Bangalore location which reached on 23 Nov 2021.

Now today is 20th Jan 2022 and I did not receive my product I have contacted WD many times and their only response is "I will escalate...

Data getting corrupted and replacement policy needs to be improve

My data is getting corrupted after few days, thumbnail are visible from temp folder in hdd but size is 0 bytes.
Definately data is getting corrupted in hdd.

On replacement I need to take backup of existing 1tb of data so i need new hdd for backup or atlist any online drives for few days for backup.

So please help me I have attached the issue.

Replacement I am ready but existing working copy...

Warranty not honored

Product (portable hard drive) never worked. Sent it back since it was still under warranty. Received by company nov 19 and still no replacement sent as of 12/27/21. I've contacted them four times and every time they tell me it's escalated and I'll be updated in 1-2 business days only to have complete silence from them.
They need to stand by their warranty....

Pending ssd and misbehaviour

RMA Pending Return

I have applied for RMA for my WD my passport drive and i've sent the drive through courier and it's been a month now, I have been calling since a month now regarding update of my return and you guys keep saying you'll get a call from our superior and i never get the call, I've called like a hundred times now but they don't do anything regarding the issue,

I purchased a WD hard disk (S/N No. WX42A51FNDCF) on Amazon.in on 08/10/2021 for Rs.4589.10. The drive seemed to be working fine but the extended test in the WD drive utility and the dashboard apps got stuck at 90% and it stays there indefinitely. I have tried chatting with them and emailing them for the last couple months but they don't seem to take it seriously. They reply to me once every couple days and suggest me to repeat the same tasks...
