Around the end of December of 2022, I ordered three external hard drives from Western Digital. I received two of them soon after. However the third one was lost in shipment, supposedly. The company assured me that if it didn't arrive to me they would issue me a refund. After many, many emails to them with the assurance they would refund my money, they still haven't done it. As a matter of fact just today, they informed me that because this was done in 2022, They would not issue me any refund or send me another hard drive. I have contacted their customer support over 8-10 times since the first of 2023, with no luck only to tell me that a refund had been issued, but as of today 1/16/2023. there has been no refund sent nor another Hard drive sent either
