[Resolved]  Hbj Capital — Fraud

Hi All,
please stay away from HBJ, I paid them Rs
80, 000/- till date and they will keep asking .
There is no professionalism and they are liars no :1 in the universe .
When they want money they beg like anything . They will tell all stories like
my age is 60+, 30+ years of experience
and you are like my son, believe
me this is the last
time you need to pay and will assign to personal analyst etc etc.


Few scenarios either happened or will happen to you as below:
Subscribe multbagger/Penny stock etc for long term .
Then they will make you pay Medium Term, Short Term, Week Term, day trading etc
.
Every time they will say, Sir the very first call with earn your subscription
fees, most of the times that doesnt happen .
I will personally assure you, please believe me, take my personal no, except my
family you are only thne person who has this no.
Today is last day, tomorrow on wards we will give Pre Budget, Budget, Post
Budget, Pre Election, Election, Post Election, Pre Monsoon, Monson, Post monsoon,
expiry etc etc call .


Then they will offer you to pays some amount and extend served for 1/2/3 years
and even, later they will not abide by their words, you have to pay extra .

You name it and they will have reason for last day to release the call .
When things doesn’t work one guy will call and Say some vey Sr Person would
like to talk to you.
He knows the story so will start with sorry and say I will personally assure
you no issue will happen here after .
I am your father's age, 30-40 years experience, please believe my words and pay
some amount .
They will offer to assign a personal analyst . After paying they will make you
wait for few days with update .


After lot of follow up the D day will come .

A gal will tell I am going to connect a Guy who is 70+, worked 40+ Years for some exchange, company,
bank, finance firm etc etc and you are lucky that he agreed to handle your
portfolio.

Now this guy will give small lecture on long term gain n all and say I handle
only 5/6 Clients whos portfolio is above 20-30 lacks and charge 20% of
portfolio . But since you are special case only pay 50k to me and will make you
money within week/month etc etc, usual stuff.

So this is how story goes ahead .

Dear friends instead of doing all these foolish
things I did, please spend 1/2 hours daily and learn how market behaved or
learn technical analysis. I my expericne says stock market works on lot of
comon sense and discipline . If you ahve it you are bound to earn. You dont
need nay HBJ type tom dick and Harry .

Since I have paid enough of my hard earned money, request you all not to fail
in to the trap .
Also all above complains and scenarios by so many peoples are absolutely True .

Can we all have a platform, some group to stop these peoples from cheating many
other innocent peoples .

MY CAPITAL OF 1 LAC DEPENDING ON THEIR CALLS + SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES OF
MORE THAN 35000/. NOW THEY ARE APPROACHING ME WITH PROFIT SHARING IDEAS.
TELLING THAT IF YOU MAKE PROFIT THEN ONLY SUBSCRIBE. EARN 50000 AND
THEN PAY 10000/ WHAT SHOULD I DO

They believe only in marketing, not in providing service. Once money reaches in their account, they forget about customer. I paid 1000 rupees for as subscription fee for double circuit plan, but never received any call after that. mails and calls will never replied properly. Please don't subscribe any service from them

And when their paid calls itself not working how to do you beleive their free calls .

For few thousand ruppees they can do anything . Just stay away .

Me too they started calling and saying since you are not satisfied, lets work on profit sharing .

Keep in mind, I have paid 70k+ and even after that am not getting service, they do not bother .
So what you expecting in profit sharing ...

I am one more who got affected with the and . I subscribed 1.3 lakh and lost great amount of money. I work in Dubai. I want to file a case against them. I have all sorts of proofs.

I have a similar experience. These HBJ people are thieves. They just give calls right, left and centre. By chance one or two will move in the correct direction to make small profits, but majority will make huge loss.
I suffered and made a loss of 50, 000 Net.

Than too many persons will call from HBJ and than start giving personalised calls for profit sharing. These calls are real bombs with No SL given. In some calls you will make miniscule profit of 4000 Rs per lot. But one wrong call will erase everything like 25000 Rupee loss per lot and set you back.
Investors beware and do not join their services.

I was always sceptical about HBJ Capital but after reading your report about their millionare portfolio, I thought about giving it a try.
but the tricked me into taking a subscription about something called bulls eye.
after paying for the service, I started receiving calls about another product and the next agent tricked me into paying extra money and shifting to another product and after that I made loss after loss in their product called cash jackpot.
when I had paid the subscription, the agent had written to me about refund of subscription if I wasn’t with the service.
When I wasn’t happy with their service and asked for refund, they refused.
Now, I have wasted money on their subscription and also made losses on their stupid mindless advises.
I need some help, how do I register a complaint against them and where?
I totally trust your website and advices endorsed by you and from time to time made good profit also.
I would be very happy if you could guide me through the process of lodging a complaint against them.
I[censored] have noticed, lot of people have grudges against them.
I think, some step should be taken so that they cant make fool of people and cheat them of their money.
I would hope, the website refrains from endorsing in their products as not only they cheat the people but also use tricks into making people pay and then refuse the refund.

Let me share my work exp in HBJ Capital.
I worked for 3 months however, got salary only for 2 months.
Sandeep aka Harendra, CEO is a BIG FRAUD / CHEAT, who don’t even know how to speak proper English(Check Youtube).
People at HBJ Capital like SHUB, JK etc are just Liars and also most of them are college passed out / Freshers. (Check LinkedIn).
Not even 5 experienced Research associates on LinkedIn profile however, they say total employees are >100 (BIG LIE).
They do not fix Salary for an associate however, it keeps fluctuating every month.
Will get salary, ONLY if Target is Met for the month.(Target is 50K – 1Lac/month).
Salary will not be fixed as per your previous work exp.

I request all – NOT to entertain companies like HBJ Capital.

I have lost 5 lakhs of my capital trading with HBJ Capital. Shubhkant Jain, Sandeep Jain are big Frauds of HBJ Capital

HBJCapital are big fraud. They loot peoples hard earned money. HBJCapital has lost 5 lakhs of my capital trading in my account.Shubhkant Jain, Sandeep Jain, Kumar Harendra are complete Frauds. They have not even refunded their service charges after stopping trading with them.

please be careful of stop loss trade dot com a clone from HBJ capital.
Now they started advertising plans with 100% assured returns and moneyback gaurantee but please keep in mind that there is not moneyback policy at all .

Once money is gone its gone . They are still adveriting like 100-200% gain in FnO and so many false and tall claims .
They have come to level of 4-5 thousand now, just pay and they will have false commitment for virtually everything .
So please for gods sake stay away from them . They will come with Navaratri, Deivali, Pre divali, post divali, pre modi visit, post modi visit and so many plan with 50-90% off on so many plans.
You name it and they will have it, please stay away.

Yes they are really cheaters. They told me to sell J K tyre at 312 and buy back at 300, no stop loss given. The same day the share raised 82 rupees a reach 394. The are confidently said that don't bother, it will come defenitely down. I have brought 500 shares and lost 41000 on the same day.

I stopped trading by their recommendation, but still this fraud team continuously done follow up for me to restart. I have given a lot of abuse to them.

One guy Mr Priyansh, of HBJ capital committed me that he will compensate my loss. He told me to buy shirpur gold refinery at Rs 94 and sell at Rs 108. and instruct me to buy 5000 shares. U cant believe, that day from that time onwards, the share value decreased and reached at 82.
Now imagine what a cheaters they are!!!;. If I would have bought, I would get a loss of again Rs 60 thousand!!!.

So don't believe them

I strongly doubt that the recommendation that HBJ given to the customer is to rise the share value of the low profile share.
HBJ capital ( fraud Company) always gave recommendation of purchase of low profile shares. There may be a contract between those companies and HBJ to raise the share vale for their huge selling of the share at high price to withdraw maximum amount.

By this way HBJ can earn good money from that contract by loosing the hard earned money of the customer.

So beware of this dogs...
