[Resolved]  HBL Global Pvt Ltd — NO CONTACTS WITH HR DEPARTMENT

Dear Madam/Sir

I am HBL GLOBAL PVT LTD employee.I would like to bring to your notice that we don't have any communication with HR department.Our company deputed HBL employees are to HDFC to sell the different products like home loan, personal loan, credit card/auto loan etc.Our employees facing many problems with sales managers.

Main issues with HDFC on role managers were mentioned below:
1.They are forcing us to come to office before getting the offer letter.
2.They are commanding the employees to come to office in government holidays & Sundays too.
3.They are not giving proper leaves.
4.If employee wants to quit the job also managers are not allowing them to resign, They are threatening us like will make it as absconding.They are telling that I[censored] want full and final settlement means you have to listen what ever i says.
5.We are not getting any payslips, appraisal letters, salary breakups.
6.They are forcing us to pitch different products, even if we do business in different products also they are not paying any incentives to the employees.

PLEASE KINDLY TRY TO RECTIFY THESE PROBLEM, OUR HBL EMPLOYEES ARE FACING.

WE DOESN'T KNOW HOW MANY LEAVES ARE THERE PER YEAR.WE ARE NOT GETTING TO SPEND THE TIME WITH FAMILIES ALSO.
PLEASE PLEASE...TRY TO SOLVE IT OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
