[Resolved]  HBL Global Pvt Ltd — PF withdrawal form submitted but not proceed

Dear Team,

Myself Chirag Ambalal Chauhan. My Pf no MH / 45327 / 9806. I left my job on may 2009. After all process my PF form is submitted to PF office on 11th Feb, 2010 & I have received copy also i.e. my PF withrawal which is submitted to PF office. But though since long PF department is not proceed further my form as well as on the online i crosscheck the status but it is not proceed yet on www.epfbandra.com. & even on ph they told me your form is not submitted to us. Can you tell me how am i got the received receipt also? & even too many mails I done but I don't get any single reply on that. Kindly process on urgent basis. I here attached the receipt for your reference also.
