Respected Sir,
I bought a hcl b38 laptop in 2010 from delhi.till today it was operating properly.but now it is facing a problem of display.
I can operate my laptop only by pressing shut down button very hardly with finger.when I remove my finger from the shut down button the display goes off,and when i face the torch light on the screen i can see desktop and everything operating.

HCL B38 laptop — RAM Complaint
I had purchased a laptop from BB compouters Jalandhar(Punjab) on 18 July.The person told us that it has 4GB RAM but actually it is showing 2550MB RAM.There is aproblem in charging also.He has marked in the bill only HCL laptop not the comlete model number.Is this the complete bill.What should we do.?
